We planned to go to this event long ago when it was first announced by PAWS but after Ondoy’s damages last week and Pepeng’s arrival yesterday we thought that this event would eventually be cancelled. I am glad it’s going to push through but we still have second thoughts because of the bad weather. Oliver already said yes to this, and I have few more hours to think it over.

"The PAWS storytelling competition at Museo Pambata (originally scheduled for October 2) has been moved to October 15.The PAWS Aspin Club Launch has been cancelled for October 3 and will be re-scheduled. We will post the new date for the Aspin Club launch at www.paws.org. ph next week.The Mass and Animal Blessing will push through for October 3, 530pm at Fort Boni High Street and for October 4, 11am at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall. At these venues, we will be putting up boxes where you can drop off donations in kind for the PAWS Animal Shelter where animals rescued from Typhoon Ondoy have been taken in. For those who wish to donate in cash, kindly deposit directly to the account of "The Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS)" in BPI and PNB.
