Happy Halloween!

Our initial plan of going to Fully Booked in Boni High for the Halloween activity was cancelled due to bad weather (typhoon Santi) with strong winds, and so on, so, to make the story shorter we made a short trip at SM Dasmarinas late afternoon last Saturday. We came late and missed the malls trick or treat activity that day so Che decided to buy chocolates to fill Pao’s pumpkin; despite these happening Sam and Pao had fun and enjoyed the rides mostly.

The kids rode twice on the Fairytale Carousel; Paolo happily paddled his horsy.

Next was like the Barn Stormer ride, which Sam and Paolo likes better.

Our little boy came still on his batman “macho” costume ...

while Sam came in all purple, no definite themes for her except that she could pass as a purple witch if she decided to bring a magic broom.

Before we left SM, we posed at Ace Hardware’s Disney World and Horror booth as our take home souvenir for this year’s Trick or Treat.

Well, Che, Irish, and I was craving for a round of pizza with shrimps over it, so, we drove to Yellow Cab (Tagaytay) and feasted on an 18” size Roasted Garlic and Shrimp pizza. An order of Spaghetti and Meatballs and two orders of Army Navy’s soft tacos completed our dinner. No photos of the food this time, since that was the usual set we order frequently. Only photo of us :)

Past 10 pm we transferred to Starbucks Summit Ridge for a round of coffee and pastry. We sampled this waffle with whipped cream over it, which I find light and perfect match of a tall latte.

There was no rain but it was colder than our last visit, Christmas breeze filled Tagaytay that night despite the few number of local tourists that weekend. We spent the next 60 minutes cam whoring and having some small talks about last family’s event and future gatherings to count.

Arrived home past midnight, the kids were tired and Sam immediately went to sleep. I spent the last 15 minutes cuddling Bea’s tummy. Btw, Oliver decided to stay home to watch over Bea and Shen and my cousin Irish came along with us. Still a Happy Halloween!
